There is described a method for the removal of a contact lens from a container, with a contact lens being immersed in a liquid which is held in a container, and the contact lens being removed from the container together with at least a portion of the liquid through a removal tube which is dipped into the liquid within the container. A dehydrating agent is combined with wet natural gas within a rotary screw compressor. The present invention further relates to pharmaceutical compositions including said novel compounds and to methods for the preparation of said novel compounds.
