A valve includes a body, a plug and a diaphragm defining an aperture and a seat. Upon detecting a service outage, computing system automatically identifies characteristic of the outage. Once opened, the tag file is held open by the PMD until the accessory closes it, allowing multiple tags to be written to one file.
