A reduced outflow valve in fluid communication with an inflatable apparatus comprising a tubular body defining an inner bore and a plunger slidingly engaged in the bore. The image and video are reconstructed using the instantaneous amplitude and instantaneous frequency estimates and variable-spacing local linear phase and multi-scale least square reconstruction techniques. A pixel adder adds the values of the pixels in the selected in-plane pixel pattern and the selected reference pixel addition pattern to generate a corrected pixel value, thereby achieving high sensitivity and a high signal-to-noise ratio under low illumination, with little loss of resolution. In either case, the cover, is sufficiently thin and flexible that the cover is readily formable and does not adversely impair the softness characteristics of the foam cushion core.
