A monitoring process for a NUMA system collects data from multiple monitored threads executing in different nodes of the system. Application of the cold DI water reduces or prevents lead precipitation during the singulation process, and thereby reduces the presence of bump oxidation. The hologram device has a relatively narrow angle of reconstruction to provide visibility from a nearly perpendicular light source such as the headlight of an on-coming vehicle. An apparatus that implements such method is also disclosed.
