A pneumatic turbine motor air chamber drives a pneumatic turbine to rotate through compressed air. In some embodiments the voids may be utilized as microstructures for distributing coolant, for guiding electromagnetic radiation, or for separation andor characterization of materials. The first sliding member goes over the shaft sleeve, and the first torque spring includes a first end fixed to the shaft and a second end extending through the slot and then fixed to the first sliding member. The configuration of the structural attachment system allows significant structural retention forces to be transferred from the accessories into the pick-up truck cargo bed side walls via the structural hooks. In accordance with the present invention, normal tissue can be therapeutically regenerated from fibrotic tissue.
