An engine performs automatic intermittent operation with an ignition switch on. The apparatus includes a microcontroller and a number of relay drivers having outputs electrically connected to form a single input for self-test monitoring. Each of the MEMS dies are electrically connected to the interposer board by wire bonding. Thus, by triggering the multimedia to play advertisements or music via a charging operation, the present invention achieves a novel multimedia broadcasting method. Also disclosed are methods of creating and using the inventive multilayer structure for authentication.
