The present development includes an elongated flexible base strip having its bottom surface coated with an adhesive material suitable for adherence to skin and constructed with bridging links spaced along the inner edge of the base strip and extending outwardly therefrom. The system and process disclosed reduces CO, NOx and VOC’s by at least 90 to 95%. The first and second motors may both add power to the drive system.
