An easily peelable laminated film includes a laminate of a peelable surface layer having a peeling strength of 5 to 100 gcm with a base layer containing a thermoplastic resin. According to the invention, the circuit board has RF lines and the electrical connections are connected to the RF lines in an arrangement parallel to the plane of the board. The present invention also allows the user to build a custom-made test battery.
