The invention relates to a holding and packaging device for a tooth implant, with an elongate cylindrical receiving element which has a cylinder wall and at least one end wall, wherein the end wall has an opening for receiving a tooth implant, and the cylinder wall has a longitudinal opening in this region. For achieving the above subject there is provided a wavelength multiplexer wherein a light combiningbranching section is constituted by a multi-mode interference type optical waveguide, and an incident-side optical waveguide and a reflection-side optical waveguide are spaced a predetermined distance from each other at their connections to the multi-mode interference type optical waveguide. The system also includes a spray head with a fluid inlet passage, a fluid outlet passage, a fluid piston disposed in a chamber for controlled access between the inlet and outlet passages and defining a variable orifice, and a hydraulic cylinder controllably engaged to the orifice.
