A pivoting link has a first end pivotally coupled to the clamp member link pivot and a second end that is pivotally coupled to an actuator shaft. In some embodiments, R11, R12, R13, R14, R15, R16, R17, R18, R19, R20, R21, and R22 are independently selected from the group consisting of H, C1-12 alkyl, C1-6F1-13 fluoroalkyl, and optionally substituted phenyl. The improvement reduces time required to manually select inputs.
