A pharmaceutical composition that inhibits the growth of tumors and cancers in mammals that comprises a 1H-1,2,4-triazole derivative. The resin compositions contain sulfur compounds selected from sulfonic acid derivatives, sulfinic acid derivatives, and mercapto acetic acid sodium salt, and optionally contain water soluble salts andor t-butyl hydroperoxide. A fan unit is located in the primary fluid flow path for drawing fluid through the second fluid inlet.
