A transparent sintered yttrium aluminum garnet ceramic material formed from a solid-state reaction of a mixture of yttrium oxide powder and aluminum oxide powder during sintering. Superconducting ADCs and TDCs can provide performance far superior to that obtained using conventional electronics by taking advantage of the intrinsic propertieshigh switching speed, quantum accuracy, dispersion-less transmission lines, radiation hardness, and extremely low power dissipationof superconductivity. The mask is patterned by laser scribing to provide a patterned mask with gaps. The method is particularly suitable for forming silica particles. Therefore, it is possible to implement a reliable CD recording operation by using the first laser beam.
