A new and distinct Hybrid Tea Rose plant having flowers with yellow cream central petals and greenish outer petals. This pharmaceutical composition is used for treatment of ophthalmic diseases and conditions, particularly seasonal ocular surface allergy. Therapeutic methods of use of these thrombospondin-binding molecules and fragments, as well as anti-HRGP antibodies and antibody fragments are disclosed.
