An active RC filter includes a first resistive element and a first capacitor array which co-acts with the first resistive element to determine a bandwidth characteristic of the programmable active RC filter circuit. The catalyst system is advantageously used for olefin polymerization. A method of preparing waterborne coating compositions and substrates coated with the compositions are also disclosed.
