A new Impatiens plant, characterized particularly as to novelty by a flat and strong outward spreading growth habit, freely branching with branches that tend to grow horizontally, resulting in a big and very floriferous plant with large white flowers. Operation is preferably performed by detecting a predetermined fiducial point in each cyclically-repeating energy wave received by the receiver, but may also be performed by the use of a phase-locked loop circuit, to maintain the number of energy waves in the loop of the transmission channel as a whole integer. The number of channels assigned to each user is determined based, at least in part, on the number of the sub-groups and a number of channels available in the system.
