The invention concerns a non-thrombogenic semipermeable membrane comprising a support semipermeable membrane and an anticoagulant suitable for treating blood and plasma by extracorporeal circulation. In one example, a method is provided for making a composite material for the cover of a wafer cleaning system. Optimal materials, adhesives, sizes, and methods of manufacture and installation are also disclosed.
