In addition, the locking mechanism also comprises a cam ball 33 and a guide groove 314 which are used for switching between the fastening locking state in which the circumferential surface gears 325, 348 and the ratchets 326, 346 are meshed and the unlocking state in which the meshes of the circumferential surface gears 325, 348 and the ratchets 326, 346 are unlocked.
