This invention relates to a new technology that enables administration of Cannabis to patients for medical purposes. The fuel cell system comprises components which operate at an elevated temperature and are accommodated in a gas generation system box. Two implant sequences are described which apply local masking and standard implant conditions to achieve the improvements without adding to the total number of process steps.
