A multi-barrier seal system, including, a first seal assembly configured to provide a first sealing barrier between an auxiliary line and a mineral extraction system, and a second seal assembly configured to provide a second sealing barrier between the auxiliary line and the mineral extraction system, wherein the second seal assembly is configured to shear through the auxiliary line. The capacitive discharge ignition system includes a magneto having a rotor, a first capacitive discharge device electrically connected to the magneto and to an ignition coil of an internal combustion engine and a second capacitive discharge device electrically connected to the first capacitive discharge device, and to the ignition coil. The semiconductor chip, lead frame and bonding wires may then be encapsulated to form a thin semiconductor package having a thickness substantially equal to that of the terminal pad portions. This invention is especially useful for switches that already employ electrodes for electrostatic clamping of mirrors in one or more positions, since those same electrodes can be used both to electrostatically clamp the mirrors and to sense their position. The hoist system can be utilized to raise and lower vinyls, other signage equipment or tools to billboard structures.
