Disclosed are formulations, including both liquid and lyophilized formulations, comprising a benzodiazepine anti-body-drug conjugate and a cyclodextrin. At least one of the electrochemically active layers capable of reversibly inserting the ions, or made of an anodic or cathodic electrochromic material, has a sufficient thickness to allow all the ions to be inserted without electrochemically disfunctioning the active layers. In other embodiments, the present invention provides devices and methods to maintain anaerobic conditions during the collection, transport, and implantation of organs, tissues, cells, and other transplant material. Consequently, the desired cooling andor cooling effect can be maintained while reducing energy consumption of the climate control system.
