A marine windshield and cockpit cover attachment system, utilizing a slot longitudinally extending along an elongated windshield frame, and where the windshield frame extends longitudinally around the edge of a windshield glass, where a series of plastic cover snap anchors are mounted within the slot. The applicator portion comprises a first succession of teeth and a second succession of teeth substantially opposite the first succession of teeth. The buffer circuits each comprise inverters connected in series in three stages in a direction in which the data lines extend, and the inverter in each stage comprise seven inverters connected in parallel in a direction intersecting the extended direction of the data lines. A coil is disposed to generate a magnetic flux in the same or opposite direction as the magnetic flux of the permanent magnet.
